What they ask us before hiring.

A product is each account, card, loan, deposit or investment position that we read during the month. The same banking connection can contain many products: if your client has a checking account, two cards and a loan at their bank, there are four products. You pay for the information you actually get, not for the number of bank connections.

The excess is billed per unit based on your plan's current rates. We warn you in advance when you approach the limits.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan with effect on the next billing cycle. No penalties.

We have ISO 27001 certification by AENOR and are regulated as a payment entity by the Bank of Spain. The entire infrastructure resides in the European Union, with end-to-end encryption and regular security audits.

We do not offer a limited demo. From day one you work with the real API, the complete catalog and integration support. The Launch plan has no permanence and has a bonus setup.

Each product can be refreshed more than 120 times a month at no additional cost, with intraday data when the entity publishes it. The price depends on the products read, not the number of queries.
